We understand that our members furnish sensitive information to Metro Credit Union in the course of daily business. Metro Credit Union is committed to treating this information with the utmost confidentiality. We know that our members expect privacy and security for their personal and financial affairs.

Metro Credit Union may also share personally identifiable information about our members under other circumstances as permitted or required by law. This information may be used to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of the credit union, follow your instructions as you authorize, or protect the security of our financial records.
If you terminate your membership with Metro Credit Union, we will not share information about you, except as permitted by or required by law.
We may share personally identifiable information we collect about our members, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. If Metro Credit Union shares information with a marketing firm to provide our members with products or services which may be of interest to our members, Metro Credit Union will enter into a written agreement with the firm that will require the firm to maintain the confidentiality of the information in the same manner Metro Credit Union would and to restrict its use.
